According to the caption from this Washington Post picture, "Officer H. Fearnow, Metro police, guards the Farragut West stop Monday." Riiiighhhttt, if "guarding" meant "scouting for some DC intern tail." The dude's body language is pretty much a dead giveaway, especially with that one leg elevated on the fire hydrant. "Hey baby, check out my rad Oakley's!"
