Walk Ashlee Walk

You have literally got to be kidding me.

Ashlee Simpson may have followed in the footsteps of her singer/reality show star sister Jessica, but she's the first in the family to notch a No. 1 album. The actor-turned-singer's Geffen debut, "Autobiography," bows on top of The Billboard 200 thanks to first week sales of 398,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The only comforting piece of news from this week's Billboard chart that kept me from losing my sanity was the fact The Hives' latest album, Tyrannosaurus Hives, came in at #33, their best debut yet. If Ashlee was playing The Knitting Factory in LA, could you even imagine her performing at the Black Cat? Scary.
