Charley In Charge

It's only been about a day but that "Sorry Charley" catchphrase is really getting annoying. What was even more aggravating was the fact everyone was driving at least 20 miles per hour slower than they should because it was raining yesterday. It always happens in the DC area and I still cannot understand it. You would think longtime residents would know how to drive in conditions other than dry roads by now. Anyways, as much as I love to rant how it took me twice as long to get back to my apartment on Thursday (and I only less than 10 miles from work), I'm heading home for the weekend to send off the younger brother to college. I'll be back Tuesday, but who knows, maybe I'll throw in a post or two from Albany. I would say enjoy the hurricane, but seeing how it's been practically raining everyday here the entire summer I don't think it's necessary.
