Make Up the Breakdown
You first must be asking yourselves, why is The Upstate Life posting on a Saturday? Is he that bored on a weekend that he's posting blog entries while not at work? Well to answer your question, not only am I stuck in my apartment because of the snow that's barreling itself upon Bethesda's streets right now, but this piping hot piece of content as Whatevs.org would say simply cannot not wait. Because the "Please Credit TUL Concert Announcement Series!" train never stops rolling, The Upstate Life is proud to break the news that Hot Hot Heat will be coming to Washington! Yes that's right readers, the Canadian band will be performing at the 9:30 Club on Friday, March 11th in support of their latest album, Elevator, which is to be released on April 5th. The band has some studio videos up on their website showcasing some of the songs that will be on their forthcoming LP which sound quite promising to TUL's ear. UPDATE - Tickets go onsale Monday, January 24th at 4pm!
