So The Upstate Life was sitting out by the pool yesterday after an intense game of softball (two singles and a double, bitches!), and instantly became dumbfounded after scrolling through his beloved iPod Photo. No, it wasn't because of TUL's lack of hydration or the incredible sunburn he received on the back of his neck that day. The album art that was supposed to display next to each track was suddenly gone, replaced solely with the text, which of course is just plain boring. Apparently this has been a documented issue, but trying to resolve the problem with Apple's so-called resolution did not lead to the successful outcome The Upstate Life was hoping for. Applying my awesomely dorky computer skills, I attempted a test by taking Annie'sAnniemal album off my iPod and putting it back on. Success! Unfortunately, I basically had to reformat the entire device and put everything back on. It was a good thing Family Guy and Comeback were on last night to kill the time during this tedious process. The latter show is so awkward to watch it makes watching my grandparents ordering food at a restaurant a pleasurable experience.
UPDATE - So it turns out this was the culprit all along. Such a pity since TUL hearts the Winamp. Looks like another fun-filled evening of reformatting and adding over 10 gigs of music again!
