Take It As It Comes
So it appears The Doors of the 21st Century will be performing at the 9:30 Club on Tuesday, August 9th. The Upstate Life doesn't quite know how to react to this announcement given that The Doors have been one of my favorite bands aging back to those awkward junior high days. Then again, with only two of the original band members performing, it kind of leaves something left to be desired. Hell, who am I kidding? It's the effing Doors! Something tells me this will easily be one of the more expensive shows the 9:30 has to offer this year, let alone an incredibly fast sell-out. Speaking of which, tickets for this currently unknown priced but sure to be costly show will go on sale tomorrow morning at 10am. If you're having a tough time deciding whether you would want to attend or not, it's almost certain that the audience will be hipster free, so that should swing your vote towards buy, buy, buy!
