Potential for Greatest Merriweather (But Not Nissan) Show, Ever
So I just received an email from the Belle & Sebastian listserv informing me that the opener for their Hollywood Bowl show in LA will be none other than The Shins. Let's get this straight. Not only do we have a B&S performance backed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic, but The Shins are slated to be the Very Special Guests that evening. Seriously, what an incredible bill. How awesome would it be if they did a show like this in DC? I mean, they did say they'd be back in the summer, so a blogger's got to dream, right?
