Good Weekend
The Upstate Life has got a full plate on his agenda this weekend. We're finally going to check out Thank You For Smoking tonight and see if Adam Brody can make us stop being pissed off at him after watching last night's OC. At 10am tomorrow, tickets for Snow Patrol go on sale for their May 31st show at the 9:30 Club. Based on how fast their presale sold out, expect this one to go fast. TUL is debating on going to the Voxtrot show Saturday night in Georgetown, but since there are supposedly only 120 tickets available, plus the fact we haven't even obtained one as of yet, leaves us with a dubious feeling whether we'll be able to catch the show or not. To finish the weekend off, we'll be at the Black Cat for the Art Brut show Sunday night and see if they really are the band that makes Israel and Palestine get along.
