Steady As They Go
The Raconteurs have finally announced their first nationwide tour, but it unfortunately appears that we won't be seeing them in the DC area anytime soon. The Brendan Benson/Jack White/Greenhornes supergroup's initial itinerary is presently showing no love for the east coast, although things may change as we head towards the August month. We have to admit, even though the album leaves us a little underwhelmed at times, we certainly hope they swing by the 9:30 Club sometime this summer. The Upstate Life would bitch more about which bands we'd like to see play here (ahem, Tapes 'N Tapes), but we have approximately six hours of TV to catch up on that we missed over the last few days. Can we fit all three hours of Grey's Anatomy, an hour of Scrubs, an hour of 24, and an hour of Sopranos in before the OC finale tomorrow? Eh, we're not too stressed since we pretty much know Marissa is going to bite it anyway.
