"Remember, class: The worse you do on this standardized test, the more funding the school gets. So don't knock yourselves out."
Sorry for the lack of postings as of late, but The Upstate Life has been busy pacing around his room the past few days since he's taking the GMAT bright and early tomorrow morning. It's kind of a big deal. I've never taken an exam on a computer before, let alone one that goes for about four hours, so saying that I'm anxious is just scratching at the standardized test-taking surface. Call me old school, but I'll take a paper and a #2 pencil over a PC console any day. Then again, it'll probably be a tad easier to select my answer with the click of a mouse rather than filling in a bubble on an answer card with my nervously-fueled sweaty hands. They're sweaty right now just writing about it. How hot is that?
