Floored Away
Oh so I completely forgot to give my requisite rant on The Arcade Fire Ticketmaster Debacle last Saturday. Not only did we have multiple browsers open, but we were also on a 3-way conference call with fellow friends plugging away at their laptops. Yeah, talk about hardcore. Anyway, despite our collective efforts, none of us were able to secure orchestra seats, even ones in the way back with the double frickin letters. The best we were able to accomplish was the third row in Section Q. Oh well, just call us spoiled since this is honestly the very first time we've seen a show at the DAR suckhole and not be located on the floor. Still, given the way the band rawked it on SNL last weekend, I'm eagerly awaiting Arcade Fire's return to the District. Oh, and please perform "Wake Up" acoustically in my section, please. That would be, like, awesome. Thanks.
