Decemberists to Play Merriweather in July
While I was trying to find reviews of last night's Decemberists show at The Strathmore, I stumbled across this little nugget in The Gazette: So when the Decemberists visit Montgomery County for the first time — they'll perform in July at Merriweather Post Pavilion with the National Symphony Orchestra — it will be on the Strathmore stage. I'm definitely glad I passed up their Strathmore show after reading that. I've already been to too many seated venue shows this year already (which, by my count, is one).
