Meters...Finally!
What can I say? It's been a long time coming. Fenty deserves a pat on the back for this one. I'm sure the cab drivers will still try to figure out ways to rip passengers off, but at least it's a step forward. Now let's try to find some drivers who actually know their way around the city, let alone drive taxis that can at least pass a Herzegovina-standard inspection.
