M.I.A. Returning to DC

She will also be performing at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. on November 29th. Tickets go on sale Monday, October 1st.

Excellent news. I'm really digging her new album and it would be great to see those new songs performed live after I missed her Virgin Fest performance (in an effort to beat the mass exodus, which we successfully did btw). Then again, I'd much rather see her at the club versus being inside a tent in the infield of Pimlico anyway, so there ya go. Also, not sure about the tickets being available today (tix for 9:30 shows never go onsale on Mondays), but Thursday would seem like a good guess.

Update - Nevermind, looks like they're already onsale for $25.
