Radiohead to Perform at Worst Venue Ever
Come on guys, out of all the places to perform in the DC metro area you choose the one that pretty much everyone despises (and no, I'm not talking about DAR). That's right, good ol' Nissan Pavilion. Public transportation friendly my ass. Thankfully, the show will be on May 11, which, if my calendar is correct, is in fact a Sunday. Therefore, missing two hours of Radiohead due to traffic on 66 is less likely. Getting out of the Nissan parking lot, however, will still take the requisite three hours. Anyway, tickets are supposedly scheduled to go on-sale this Saturday at 10am via Ticketmaster. Why oh why can't this be at Merriweather and/or RFK instead?
