Watching Maryland Basketball Makes Me Want to Schedule an Appointment with a Cardiologist

Losing to Clemson on Senior Night when you're up 20 points with 10 minutes left in the game with a chance to clinch a first-round bye in the ACC Tournament as well as all but secure a bid for March Madness was possibly one of the worst moments in Maryland Basketball I've ever witnessed (besides losing to American at home, oh and losing to Manhattan in the first round of the NIT at home back in '06 was pretty shitty, too). How did this happen? How do you give away a game of such significance like that, especially in the month of March? How???

I'm trying not to panic, but right after this team climbs themselves out of a hole they somehow find a way to fall into another one. It's win at UVA next Sunday or bust, kids. Probably doesn't help that it will be Senior Night in Charlottesville and Singletary will be shooting treys all night. Even if they can get past the improving Hoos, the Terps will probably need to win at least one more in the ACC Tourney to have a shot at the Dance. Watch us get paired up against Miami. At least then we'll know it's over. How's Albany doing this year?
