Fun With Disposable Income
So I decided to purchase an Xbox 360 last week. I don't know why, it was just one of those impulse buys. That, and the fact that I have a few friends who play Halo 3 incessantly. I will now be joining them because, if you were not already aware, I'm a huge dork. But come on, you have to admire how much I saved for obtaining so much equipment, because, as you're well aware, that's what I do best!.
Note - all prices INCLUDE shipping:
New Xbox 360 Arcade Console (with receipt!) - $228.30 [eBay] New Xbox Controller Play and Charge Kit - $15.95 [eBay] Used copy of Halo 3 - $27.99 [eBay] Xbox Live 12 Month Card– $32.99 [Buy.com, with $10 Google Checkout discount] HDMI Cable - $9.98 [eBay] 20GB Hard Drive – Free [Courtesy of Bri, thanks!]
And the grand total comes out to….. $315.21. Not too shabby if I do say so myself. Hell the Arcade console alone comes out to $279 retail, and that's without the hard drive and HDMI cable. In conclusion, my weekend is shot.
