Kansas City, Here I Come

I'll be heading to Kansas City next week for work and plan to hit up the most awesome BBQ place ever, the one and only Jack Stack. My friend Brian, a former Kansas denizen, also informed me that I cannot leave KC until I try Arthur Bryant's as well. Anyone else have any good recommendations for the area? Per Diem FTW!
